Refund & Cancellation Policy · Last updated 6 October 2026

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All our products are digital e-books delivered instantly after payment. Because the file is delivered immediately, orders cannot be cancelled and are not refundable once the download link has been issued.

We will always put things right if something goes wrong. Write to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order number if:

your payment was successful but you did not receive the download link;
the file does not open or is damaged;
you were charged more than once for the same order.

We will resend a working copy within 24 hours. Duplicate or failed-delivery payments that we cannot fix are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

A free sample (the first chapter) is available before you buy, so you can read it and decide.
